Certified PSA translation for visas, study and work abroad
Your PSA birth certificate is usually the first document an embassy asks for. If you're applying in a country that doesn't use English, you'll need a certified or sworn translation that matches the original exactly: names, dates, places and every annotation.
PSA documents we translate
- PSA birth certificate (including late registration and annotations)
- PSA marriage certificate
- PSA death certificate
- CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage)
- Local civil registry copies and DFA-apostilled PSA documents
Languages
Spanish (sworn), Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Romanian, Bahasa Indonesia and many more. See all our languages.
Why it matters to get it right
A misspelled name or a missed annotation can delay a visa for weeks. Every PSA translation we deliver is checked line by line against your original before it is certified.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an apostille before translation?
Often, yes. Many embassies require the DFA apostille first. Send us your requirement and we'll tell you the right order.
Do you translate the apostille page too?
Yes. If your PSA document is apostilled, we translate the apostille as part of the same certified translation.
Can I send a photo instead of the original?
Yes. A clear photo or scan is enough for us to prepare your quote and translation.
